8 p.m., FOX: America's Most Wanted: World's Most Wanted Best Edition — When Fox canceled this show as a weekly series – it's now airing weekly on Lifetime – it committed to quarterly exclusive editions. The last one of the current season airs tonight, and it goes beyond America's most wanted to share stories of fugitives being sought around the earth.

8 p.m., HBO: Water for Elephants — A circus provides the setting for this slow-paced but well-acted 2011 change of Sara Gruen's best-seller, with Robert Pattinson ("Twilight") as a Depression-era veterinary student who goes AWOL after his parents die. He hooks up with a traveling circus and gets concerned with the star attraction (Reese Witherspoon), who has a possessive husband (Christoph Waltz). A special elephant becomes a go-between in the triangle.

9 p.m., STARZ: Colombiana — Zoe Saldana ("Avatar") stars in the 2011 action film about a childlike woman who becomes an icily proficient assassin for her uncle and engages in vigilante murders by night as she searches for the mobster who murdered her parents in front of her during her youth in Bogota , Colombia. Michael Vartan is one of the few other recognizable names in the movie, which got only limited theatrical release.
